Vampires..what if Bon Temps were a real place?
Ask any of my colleagues and they’d all agree resoundingly that I’m not much of a fantasy fan at all - Frodo and Mr. Potter just don’t hold any appeal for me. But vampires…that is somehow a different story. Not that I believe they exist (okay please nobody bite me tonight!!) but there’s a mysterious appeal about them that makes you want to believe that they do exist. No?
1) Assuming that vampires did exist (and I’d want them only in Bill Compton/Edward Cullen types :p), would I date a vampire?
Well yeaaah! Call it the fatal female gene but it is the stuff of tragic romances when a mortal falls in love with a vampire. What happens when the mortal succumbs to aging and death just like everyone, and the vampire has to continue on his sad solitary eternal life? Brings a zing to the heart doesn’t it. So yes, I totally would. Because the most exciting love stories are transient and uncertain.
2) If you were a vampire (in True Blood times), would you choose real or fake blood?
Ah - no question about this either. I’d like to think I’d be one of the humane vampires who can see that feeding on mortals don’t help at all in the mainstreaming process, so synthetic blood for me!

3) Which of these 3 abilities would you choose? Super speed, telepathy and shape-shifting.
This is a tough choice! I’d choose between super speed and shape-shifting I think. Telepathy would be really cool but practically speaking, being able to listen in to everyone’s thoughts would be like carrying a great burden on your shoulders all the time; it’s there, and you can’t ignore it. And what if someone thinks lewd/insulting thoughts about you without knowing your abilities? Not fun.
On the other hand, the merits of super speed are obvious; I’d be able to get anywhere on time even in peak hour traffic haha. And shape-shifting would be a form of self-protection, I can take on the form of almost anything I want to, to disguise the fact that the human me had just been there. Wouldn’t that be cool?!

i think i will choose the super speed talent, in this talent i could travel many places and to be with my special some one (how sweet) although shape shifter is cool but i think of it as a weird choice (i would not be somebody else) telepathy is my second choice because you could see other perception (but i dont want to involve others thinking) thanks for reading….
